At the CISO Conference in Madrid I was part of a panel sharing our experiences with recruiting and developing Risk Professionals.
During the panel session we explored the future requirements for Risk Professionals and the skills required to grow with the discipline.
The merits of the different professional certifications were discussed and how they play against the need for real world experience.
